Jason Field is a C-Level coach with a track record of success as a multinational CEO, board member, entrepreneur, veterinarian and outdoor professional. His focus is developing great leaders to be force multipliers for their teams. Jason serves on the Nufabrx® board of directors and is the Chairman of the Board for the American Institute of Avalanche Research. He is the past president and CEO of W. L. Gore & Associates, a $4B, 12,000 associate, privately held global materials science company known for great products and a high performing culture that earned a spot on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® list during Jason’s tenure as CEO.

Sheryl Tullis
Sheryl is a C-Suite coach known for her grit, creativity, and inspirational leadership. She graduated from West Point in the first decade of women graduates. While a cadet, she qualified Airborne and interned as a speechwriter for General Colin Powell. Her first assignment as an Army officer was Deputy Director of Information Management in Germany, during the early days of the world wide web.
After transitioning from the military, Sheryl built Procter & Gamble’s first e-commerce business and evolved loyalty models. At Microsoft, Sheryl was the first woman in SQL Server product marketing, then led global marketing for MSN before serving as chief of staff and speechwriter for the Chief Marketing Officer. She then led the Marketing Excellence group, responsible for talent, training and development for 7,700 marketers, digital capabilities, and World Class Marketing practices.
Excited by emerging tech, she leapt to exec positions at mobile creative agencies - earning 11 industry awards in two years. She is a strong proponent of military veteran hiring and helped pioneer the first technology program for transitioning service members. An activator who helps others smash ceilings and break boundaries, Sheryl founded Women in Wireless - Seattle and Mobile Mixers, and she won the Mobile Growth Summit / mBolden “People’s Choice” award for her work as global president of the non-profit which champions women in digital.
Currently, Sheryl is a Partner and CMO for TA Group Holdings, a private equity and investment firm. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Tilson Technology Management. Sheryl holds a B.S. in Engineering from West Point and an M.S. in Information Systems Management from Southern Cal. Her right brain/left-brain perspective helps leaders create the path forward to reach their heroic aspirations.
Jim Vaselopulos

Tim Cole
is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Compass Alliance, a consulting and training company focused on enhancing individual and organizational performance. His experience is exceptionally broad – across sales, marketing, human resources, training, market access, and leadership development. He has enjoyed a number of senior level positions in the pharmaceutical industry – literally managing billions of dollars in portfolio and thousands of employees over the course of his career – playing an instrumental role in the growth of a small Midwestern firm into one of the largest healthcare companies in the world.
Along the way he’s been intimately involved in sourcing and developing talent and his mentorship of scores of individuals who have gone on to assume senior level roles with other companies has earned him industry wide accolades. He’s helped launched 20 new brands to the market and played key roles in 6 legitimate blockbusters. He is a multiple winner of Excellence in Leadership Awards and is regarded as one of the most highly respected veterans in the healthcare arena. He is the architect of Strategic Performance Planning, has contributed to multiple books on leadership and the future of healthcare, and is himself, a published author. But much of his journey transcends the roles assigned.
He counts among his most significant accomplishments – the ability to survive and thrive in the face of over 2-dozen restructures and 5 mergers and acquisitions, becoming – over time – one of the few industry veterans to successfully weather the waves of downsizings that swept the pharmaceutical world. The experiences and the insights gained inform the book The Compass Solution: A Guide to Winning Your Career and are the foundation for The Compass Alliance. Tim is married to his high school sweetheart Nancy and they are the proud parents of two sons, one daughter-in-law, and one grandson. Tim serves as a Consultant.
