Ireland – Day 7 (teams)

The business students working with Startup Ireland are learning a lot about business, startups, Ireland, policy, economics, culture, leadership, team dynamics, alignment, expectations…  I’d say much they’re learning much more than what I wrote in the course objectives of the syllabus.  What they’re really learning is that we control two things:

1) How we spend our time {discipline};

and 2) How we respond to our environment {courage, collaboration, humility, confidence}.

All three teams are making great progress, and the day ended with celebrating one student’s 32nd birthday at O’Neill’s & Murphy’s!
