The MBA students visited Kilmainham Gaol today, and we were treated to the drive over by an extraordinary cab driver who recited a poem from one of the political prisoners of the jail. Recorded HERE by our cab driver is a poem written by Joseph Mary Plunkett – an Irish nationalist, poet, journalist, and a leader of the 1916 Easter Rising. The poem is called “I See His Blood Upon The Rose.”
